We have hit form in early 2019 with 6 properties under contract.
Some agencies promote properties once they become under contract as though it is a done deal. Open for inspections stop, property promotions stop, buyer interaction stops.
Why don’t we advertise properties that are under contract?
Until they are unconditional they are not sold and our job is certainly not done. So much can happen between going under contract and becoming unconditional.
In the past week we have had two properties fall over before becoming unconditional. Fortunately, we continued open for inspections, advertising the property and interacting with buyers and as a result we were able to have both back under contract within 48 hours.
